Most questions are one of these. If yours is not, write to support@alb-equity.com and include the details on the right.

- Request accessAccounts are by invitation. The form asks for a walkthrough and does not create an account.

What to include in a message
- The e-mail address of your ALB Equity account.
- What you were doing and what you expected to happen.
- For the AI connector: Claude or ChatGPT, the tool or the prompt, and the time it happened.
- Any error text or a screenshot. Never send a password or an access token.

Report a vulnerability.
Write to security@alb-equity.com. We acknowledge every report within 5 business days. In scope are alb-equity.com, the app, and the AI connector at https://alb-equity.com/mcp with its sign-in endpoints.
What to include
- What the problem is and what an attacker could do with it.
- Where it is: the page, the endpoint or the connector tool, and the account type if it matters.
- Steps to reproduce it, as short as you can make them, with a proof of concept if you have one.
- How to reach you, and whether you plan to publish.
Ground rules
- Report it privately and give us reasonable time to fix it before you disclose it.
- Touch only what you need to show the problem. Do not read, change or delete anyone else’s data.
- No denial-of-service tests, spam or social engineering. Remove real personal data and tokens from what you send.
