Founding partner programme

A paid pilot, half of it refundable, with no obligation to convert.

We do not run free pilots. A paid pilot means a real universe, real onboarding and real delivery — and it means we are accountable for the outcome. If it is not right for your team at the end, you can ask for up to 50% of the fee back, without explaining why.

How the pilot fee is treated

€5,000 pilot fee · 60-day evaluation

  • At the end of the pilot you may request a refund of up to 50% of the fee, without providing a reason.
  • The remaining 50% is non-refundable. It covers onboarding, configuration and initial project work.
  • The refund is a commercial condition of the pilot. It is not a performance guarantee, and it is not tied to how the model performs.
  • There is no obligation to convert to an annual subscription.

Conversion credit — a commercial condition, not a guarantee

If the client proceeds with an annual subscription, the full pilot fee is credited against the first annual subscription fee.

Founding clients retain their agreed base subscription price for the original product scope, while benefiting from standard platform improvements. Material scope changes, custom services and additional product lines may be priced separately.

The lock applies to the contracted product and the agreed scope. It is not a promise that all future features are included forever.

Why retention is not built on lock-in

Recurring monthly utility, progressively personalised universes, accumulated process fit and continuous improvement. If the output stops being useful, the contract should not be what keeps you.

Separate charges

The pilot fee is charged separately from the annual subscription. There are no other fees on these plans.

Pilot terms
